FOX 1.6 Released

Jeroen has just announced the stable release of FOX version 1.6. It will take a week or so for me to incorporate his latest set of changes into FXRuby, but I expect to have an FXRuby 1.6 available soon.

    FOX is best toolkit, but I think it need some face lift to look more stylish

    Fox style is ok I think. Adding theme support would be a waste of time. Lumos would be nice to see though.
